Unfortunately, I’m a creature of habit. It was very easy for me to eat out all the time and spend most of my time on the couch or at the desk on the computer. Being lazy came too easy and I could make many excuses for not eating healthy and not exercising.
Being overweight definitely took a toll on me, physically and mentally. It was a vicious cycle, and I didn’t feel good about myself and didn’t feel well enough to do anything about it.
After training with Kevin, I gained strength not only physically but mentally as well. He pushed me out of my comfort zone and made me stronger for it. My confidence is boosted and I feel much better about myself. Kevin taught me how to make better food choices while still being able to enjoy the fatty junk foods in moderation.
I’m more confident now and consciously make better food choices. On occasion I go through some weight cycles but I have the inner strength and knowledge to succeed in overcoming that challenge. Thanks, Kevin!
