I have always been a healthy eater and very conscious of what I put into my body and how it effects me, exercising regularly and staying active has also been a important part of my lifestyle. For the most part I felt like my body didn’t respond as much as it should for what I put it through. I felt like I was already working very hard in the gym and conscious with my food choices but never really saw noticeable changes. Also felt frustrated with times when I had a couple bad days/weeks of either bad food choices or lack of workouts how quickly my body responded in the wrong way.
It is never a good feeling when clothes start fitting tight or you cant fit in them at all. I had worked really hard with another trainer for the first 6 months of 2015 and I knew I gained a lot of strength and muscle definition, but really just felt like it didn’t show because of a little layer of fat I felt was impossible to shed. I had put on about 15-20 pounds since 2011 and since then I have maintained but in all my efforts to drop it back off I was never successful. I basically started to convince myself it couldn’t be done- yet refused to throw away the 10+ pairs of pants in my closet from those days.
Overall I was happy before my transformation but I had the desire in me to really challenge myself harder than I ever have before to prove myself wrong and get in those pants again!
I will admit I wasn’t perfect in meeting all my workouts and sticking to the diet plan 100%, but I did my best and I really pushed it to a level I never have before. I was able to drop about 14lbs still in 6 weeks and most excitingly on week 5 I fit into all 10+ pairs of pants I had been hanging onto for all these years. It was AWESOME!!! I felt really lean- I saw the change in my body first hand and it was so gratifying!

I am motivated to maintain and keep pushing harder. Since proving the impossible to be possible it really changed my perspective and makes me want to keep bettering myself and setting new goals. Truly an eye opening experience and so amazing to see my body change right before my eyes. I am so thankful for the time I was able to work with Kevin 🙂
