My biggest struggle was staying strong. I don’t have problems doing cardio on my own but find weight training boring. Kevin has incorporated weight training and cardio for me so my endurance and strength has increased.

Without Kevin’s training I felt like an average healthy person not reaching my full potential.

My most favorite accomplishment was being able to do a pull-up without assistance. I also love seeing the muscle definition in my body.

I want to be strong and fit no matter my age. Training with Kevin has helped me be the strongest I’ve ever been in my life.
